We collect the name, mobile number, email address, pickup and drop details and travel dates that you submit through our enquiry forms, WhatsApp or phone. Our website also uses cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the service.
How we use it
Your details are used to prepare a quote, run your booking, assign a driver and share trip updates. We may contact you about offers only if you have subscribed or booked with us before; you can opt out any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary — your name, phone number and pickup point — with the driver assigned to your trip, and with hotels where a package booking requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic and advertising performance. These tools set cookies and may record your approximate location and pages viewed. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing the ability to browse the site.
Your rights
Write to info@swaminarayantravel.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days.
Security and retention
Booking records are kept for seven years to meet accounting and tax requirements. Access is limited to staff who need it.
