Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after the advance is received and we issue a written confirmation by WhatsApp or email. Quotes are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise.
Fares and extras
Outstation fares include fuel, driver and vehicle. Toll, state entry tax, parking and a driver night allowance of ₹300 per night are additional at actuals. Round trips carry a minimum running of 250 km per day.
Vehicle allotment
We allot a vehicle of the booked category. A specific make or model cannot be guaranteed. If the booked category is unavailable, we provide a higher category at no extra cost.
Passenger conduct
Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted inside our vehicles. Any damage or cleaning caused by passengers is chargeable. Drivers may refuse to continue a trip where behaviour puts safety at risk.
Delays and force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, strikes, traffic, mechanical failure beyond our control or government restrictions. We arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible where a breakdown occurs.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. Passengers are advised to carry their own travel insurance for hill and adventure itineraries.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
